2004 RIESLING

The slightly soft finish of this wine is in contrast to the crisp and lively front end of the palate. The pale yellow colouring complements the subdued aromatics of a floral lime blossom bouquet.

2004 CHARDONNAY

The wine displays characteristics of grapes sourced from cool climate boutique winery regions. Hand-picked fruit completed its maturation in fine-grained French Oak barriques, the result being a flawless structured wine with acidity, flavour and oak in perfect balance. Golden yellow in colour, classic layers of delicate fruit and spice accompany the toasty vanillin oak finish. All indications are that this wine will cellar well or lightly chilled, serve now.

2004 PINOT

The attractive cherry colouring is a prominent characteristic of this wine matured in new French Oak barrels. The light aroma of red berries is followed by a youthfully elegant Pinot Noir palate.

2003 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The fruit used in the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon was deep in colour, resulting in a wine full of intense blackberry and dark plum flavours. Earthy overtones are evident in the aroma, with a soft, rounded finish showing hints of pepper and blackcurrant. Careful cellaring for 4 - 6 years or enjoy now.

2004 MERLOT

The classic colouring of this wine is in harmony with the moderately intense sweet berry bouquet and the roundness of the palate. The hand picked grapes from the Bass River Winery were matured in rich, elegant new French oak barrels.
